PARTIAL DEMINERALISATION

When results have to meet particularly high standards, the first treatment we recommend is partial demineralisation.

In this process, the hardeners are partially removed by means of ion exchange.

This is done by adding hydrogen ions to the water. Unlike the sodium ions used in the softening process, they leave no residue.

Water softening - for good dish and ware washing results

Water softeners switch out hardening substances for sodium ions, making water soft.

Where water softeners add sodium ions to the water, this technology adds residue-free hydrogen ions.
