Meiko UK proud to support launch of the RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS RECOVERY FORUM

The Covid-19 pandemic is providing a litmus test for responsible, sustainable and ethically minded businesses. To bring like-minded operators and suppliers together the Responsible Business Recovery Forum has been launched by the publishers of Foodservice Footprint.

The Forum is a membership body of Out of Home food and drink operators and suppliers. The group’s objective is to collaborate to aid an efficient, industrywide recovery, whilst anticipating future trends. A community of progressive businesses learning and sharing for past, present and the future.

"The real test of a modern company is how we deal with our customers, colleagues and partners within the catering industry as we emerge from the covid crisis," says Meiko UK MD Paul Anderson.

"By working with progressive operators, brands and suppliers, the Forum will highlight key developments as we work our way to recovery.

"It provides a platform for progress, a sounding board for ideas and suggestions and a key source of advice as our focus shifts to the long-term and the key issues of sustainability and the environment.

"Foodservice Footprint have identified that now is the time to come together and collaborate to aid an efficient, industrywide recovery, whilst anticipating future trends and Meiko UK is proud to support that aim."
