Your MEIKO equipment is a valuable investment. Like your most prized motor vehicle, it needs a regular maintenance to ensure the machine is performing at its maximum efficiency.

Work undertaken during a PPM visit includes but is not limited to the visual inspection, functional test, and diagnostics of the machine parts and components.

BREAK DOWN SUPPORT
MEIKO’s team of customer service operators are trained to deal with the most demanding service requests and problems – Morning, Noon, Night and of course weekends.
Our technical department is open for you 7:00 am until midnight on weekdays and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends.
SPARE PARTS
MEIKO technicians, and our service partners carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts and components and we operate spare parts warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Our parts specialists quickly identify and dispatch requests for components on a same day bases, we can also arrange same day urgent courier dispatch if required.
All spare parts are dispatched the same day if ordered by 3pm.
All MEIKO components are offered with a guaranteed availability for 25 years from the date of the appliance manufacturer.
